This camping site is just by the village of Fáskrúðsfjörður, by the Óseyri road. On site are facilities such as: showers, lavatories, electricity, and a disposal of waste for campers. Tourist information centre is located in Gallery Kolfreyja which is open over the summer.

At this camping ground you will find:

WC, cold and hot water, disposal of garbage and waste, electricity, shower, indoor swimming pool and hot tubs (1,5 km), benches and tables, restaurant (800 m), coffee shop (800 m), serving of alcohol (800 m), supermarket and liquor store (1 km), gas station (700 km), mountain view, walking trails, playgroun (1 km), fishing, health care (1 km). 

Open fire is not permitted and dogs are allowed in a leash.

The service on the camping ground is provided from 1.june - 1.september.
